Why Build on Our Own Property?

● We already own this land, allowing us to move forward now, rather than delaying years for a new purchase.

● Our church has been rooted in this location for over 25 years, building deep spiritual and community ties.

● The Eau Gallie district is growing, making this a strategic and meaningful place to continue our mission.

● Purchasing new land comes with significant unknowns, including zoning and approval challenges for establishing

a house of prayer.

● The approved master plan demonstrates that our vision can be fully achieved on the land we currently own.

● Permitting & approvals: Upcoming.

● Construction: Phase 1 to break ground in Summer 2026.

● Updates will be shared regularly with the congregation.
